1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Croix Peptides LLC ("Croix Peptides," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Purchaser") agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree to these terms, do not place an order. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Croix Peptides LLC, a California limited liability company.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Croix Peptides LLC. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. Croix Peptides LLC reserves the right to cancel any order where age verification cannot be confirmed.

3. Intended Use — Research and Laboratory Use Only

All compounds offered by Croix Peptides LLC are sold strictly for qualified in vitro laboratory and research applications only. By purchasing, Purchaser represents and warrants that:

• All purchased compounds will be used exclusively for in vitro laboratory research in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Purchaser is a qualified laboratory professional, researcher, or representative of a licensed research institution.
• Purchased compounds will not be used for human consumption, self-administration, clinical treatment, or veterinary use.
• Purchaser will handle all compounds in accordance with applicable institutional biosafety protocols.

These products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

4. California Sales Tax

Croix Peptides LLC is headquartered in San Jose, California and is required to collect California state sales tax on applicable orders. The applicable sales tax rate for San Jose, California is 9.375%, which includes the California state base rate of 7.25% plus applicable county and district taxes. Sales tax is calculated on the order subtotal and displayed prior to order submission. Croix Peptides LLC remits collected sales tax to the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) in accordance with applicable law.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of order via the payment methods displayed at checkout (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal). Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed. Croix Peptides LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.

6. All Sales Final — No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of laboratory compounds and regulatory requirements, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Croix Peptides LLC does not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed and shipped. In the event of a fulfillment error on our part (wrong item shipped), Croix Peptides LLC will, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement or store credit. Purchaser assumes all risk upon delivery.

7. Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days following confirmed payment receipt. Croix Peptides LLC ships within the United States. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Croix Peptides LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to Purchaser upon carrier pickup.

8. Compliance with Laws

Purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of any compound ordered from Croix Peptides LLC complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in Purchaser's jurisdiction. Croix Peptides LLC makes no representations regarding the legality of any compound in any jurisdiction outside the United States.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUREON PEPTIDE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT. AUREON PEPTIDE LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY PURCHASER FOR THE APPLICABLE ORDER. AUREON PEPTIDE LLC ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY MISUSE OF SUPPLIED COMPOUNDS OUTSIDE OF QUALIFIED LABORATORY SETTINGS.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
